Compensation: $175,000+ (Flexible Based on Experience & Structure)

A growing multi-location manufacturing company generating approximately $30M in revenue is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to help scale the business to $100M+.

This is a true executive leadership role focused on building financial infrastructure, driving margin improvement, optimizing working capital, and supporting expansion initiatives. The CFO will serve as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team in guiding capital strategy, operational discipline, and long-term growth planning.

This is not a controller-level position. We are seeking an operator-minded finance executive who understands how manufacturing businesses generate margin and how to build systems that support disciplined expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee inventory management and cost accounting functions
• Optimize working capital and improve capital efficiency
• Develop and standardize multi-location financial reporting
• Improve margin visibility and operational accountability
• Drive ERP optimization and financial systems scaling
• Support expansion initiatives and capital planning
• Participate in M&A evaluation and integration as applicable
• Build financial structure and processes to support aggressive growth

Qualifications

• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience in an 8-figure manufacturing business
• Demonstrated success scaling a company (2–3x growth preferred)
• Strong background in inventory management and cost accounting
• Multi-location operational finance experience
• Experience supporting capital raises, Private Equity interaction, or acquisitions
• ERP implementation or system scaling experience
• Comfortable operating in a founder-led, fast-moving environment
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
