Location: Irvine, CA 92612 (Onsite with hybrid flexibilty)

Compensation: $180,000 – $325,000 Base Salary (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates

Annual Performance Bonus: Substantial discretionary bonus tied to performance and trial results

A highly respected Southern California trial firm is expanding its elite litigation team and is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney focused exclusively on catastrophic and severe injury matters.

What You’ll Handle

• Catastrophic injury cases
• Wrongful death matters
• Car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and aviation accidents
• High-damages personal injury litigation
• 
  

You may work on plaintiff or defense matters depending on experience and fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex personal injury cases from inception through trial
• Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
• Handle motion practice, including dispositive motions
• Work directly with medical, accident reconstruction, and economic experts
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• First- or second-chair trials depending on experience
• Develop strategy on high-exposure cases

What We’re Looking For

• 5–15 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience handling catastrophic or significant injury cases
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing and courtroom skills
• Active California Bar license required
• Stable employment history
• Strong academic background is a plus
